Powers of Attorney
If you are worried about not being able to manage your affairs in the future you should consider having a Power of Attorney prepared.
A Power of Attorney is a legal document which allows you to appoint people you trust to manage your affairs. Once registered, your Attorneys will be able to make decisions on your behalf if you have lost capacity. Your Attorneys can also act under your guidance if you still have capacity.
If you wish to plan for your future in this way, please do not hesitate to contact our private client team on either 01209 213507 (Redruth) or 01872 272356 (Truro).
