The information below is designed to give you a guide as to how much your sale and/or purchase will cost. These fees include dealing with your Stamp Duty Land Tax return and the Land Registry application.

NB: The above prices assume a freehold, registered (one whole title) established property with no mortgage. Please call for a tailored quote if the property in question does not fall into the criteria.  We are not currently taking instructions on purchases of shared ownership, new build development or Help to Buy scheme purchases (save for Help to Buy ISA).

Please also consider the tables of disbursements which follow, setting out the other costs you need to anticipate (VAT where applicable has already been taken into account in the prices shown for disbursements below).

Purchase Disbursements

Stamp Duty Land Tax is a percentage of the purchase price with the percentages varying depending on the level
Land Registry application fee depends on the purchase price, and whether registered land, for example
